Terms and Conditions (Private)

1 General
1.1. Saveeye is owned and operated by:

1.2 These terms and conditions apply to all purchases made on saveeye.dk or
other websites owned by TAKE4 ApS.

  1. Payment:
    2.1. All amounts stated on the website are in Danish Kroner (DKK) or Euro (€),
    including VAT and excluding delivery costs unless otherwise specified.
    2.2. TAKE4 ApS accepts online payments with MobilePay, Visa, MasterCard,
    Klarna, and Paypal.
    2.3. No transaction fees are imposed for your purchase. Payment for your order is
    only deducted from your account when the item is shipped, unless otherwise
    agreed or specified in your order. TAKE4 ApS uses a secure payment server
    that encrypts all information, ensuring a safe transaction.
  2. Delivery:
    3.1. The normal delivery time for your order is 2-4 business days. If ordered on
    weekends or holidays, the item will be shipped on the next business day
    thereafter.
    3.2. In case of extended delivery times, you will receive notification via email.
    3.3. All items are delivered with GLS, DAO, or PostNord.
    3.4. Saveeye assumes no responsibility for delays caused by third-party suppliers
    or force majeure events.
  3. Return, Warranty, and Right of Withdrawal:

4.1. You have a 14-day full right of return on goods purchased in our webshop.
The period is calculated from the day you receive your order. Any costs
associated with the return are borne by the buyer.
4.2. Withdrawal must be communicated to us within 14 days after the purchase,
and the order must be returned within 14 days after you have informed us of
your decision to withdraw the purchase. Clear notice must be sent via email
to support@saveeye.dk. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the email
is received.
4.3. According to the Sale of Goods Act, we provide a 2-year warranty on
products for defects in material and/or manufacturing. Complaints must be
reported to TAKE4 ApS within a reasonable time after receiving the item. One
month is generally considered a reasonable time unless otherwise agreed.
4.4. The applicable return policy can always be found at www.saveeye.dk.
4.5. The warranty does not cover defects or damages caused by incorrect
operation of the product. TAKE4 ApS covers the return costs to a reasonable
extent. We do not accept packages sent as ”cash on delivery”. Complaints
are sent to our warehouse:

  1. Disclaimer:
    5.1. Saveeye assumes no liability for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential
    damages arising from the use of purchased goods or services.
    5.2. Saveeye offers products designed to be compatible with specific
    switchboards on the market. It is important to note that Saveeye cannot be
    held responsible if switchboard manufacturers, electricity providers, or other
    third parties change or update their products in a way that renders our
    devices incompatible.
    However, Saveeye strives to maintain compatibility as much as possible. In
    case of changes or updates from third parties, Saveeye will do its best within
    reason to update the products and ensure they remain compatible with the
    latest standards and specifications.
    It is always the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that products are compatible
    with their specific switchboard and electrical installations. Saveeye always
    recommends customers contacting Saveeye directly or a qualified electrician
    to confirm compatibility before making a purchase.
  2. Personal Information
    6.1. Personal information is collected and processed in accordance with
    applicable data protection laws and the privacy policy on Saveeye.dk.
  3. Changes and Cancellations:
    7.1. Saveeye reserves the right to change these terms and conditions with
    immediate effect and without prior notice.
  4. Disputes and Choice of Law:
    8.1. Any dispute between the parties regarding these terms and conditions is
    sought to be resolved amicably.
    8.2. If this is not possible according to point 8.1, the dispute must be settled in
    accordance with Danish legal rules and by Danish courts, any case must be
    filed in Take4 ApS’s district (the Court in Aarhus) regardless of where the
    buyer is located or resides.
