As more energy solutions become part of the home, several devices may need access to data from the electricity meter. An EV charger can use meter data for load balancing, an energy management system may use it to optimise energy consumption, while Saveeye+ makes it possible to monitor your electricity meter data through the Saveeye App. But with only one P1 port on the electricity meter, connecting all these solutions can be a challenge.

The Saveeye+ Reader & Splitter for P1 combines meter reading and P1 signal splitting in one device. It connects to the P1 port of a compatible electricity meter, enabling you to monitor your meter data while sharing the meter connection with up to three additional devices.

This makes it particularly useful for connected energy installations where several solutions depend on the same electricity meter data.

Improved Wi-Fi connectivity
Electricity meters are not always installed where Wi-Fi coverage is at its best. They may be located inside meter cabinets, utility rooms or other areas where the wireless signal is less reliable.

The Saveeye+ Reader & Splitter for P1 supports 5 GHz Wi-Fi and features an external antenna, providing greater flexibility in installations where standard wireless coverage may not be sufficient.

Choose the Saveeye+ Reader & Splitter for P1 if your electricity meter has a compatible P1 interface and you want to monitor your meter data while also giving other devices access to the same meter connection. If you only need to share the P1 connection and do not need the Saveeye+ meter monitoring functionality, choose the Saveeye+ Splitter for P1 instead.
